The Real-time Dot

What in the heck is this? Well, much like the web bots this technology uses a similar idea to try and predict events, or at least the climate for, certain types of events...

"Our purpose is to examine subtle correlations that reflect the presence and activity of consciousness in the world. We have learned that when millions of us share intentions and emotions the GCP/EGG network shows correlations. We can interpret this as evidence for a growing global consciousness. It suggests we are capable of conscious evolution. We make the world we live in, and if we work to do no harm, we can create a planetary smile. Among our allies working toward a more conscious future are the Institute of Noetic Sciences the Global Coherence Initiative and many like-minded groups."

Each color that the chart and resulting dot has, represents certain things:
from http://gcpdot.com/

For instance, red means:
Significantly large network variance. Suggests broadly shared coherence of thought and emotion. The index is less than 5%

Confused? Hey, do not worry, this is news, we are globally consciousness!
